  • Support translation of research findings into policy-relevant insights and youth-facing guidance

  • Support development of simple evaluation approaches to assess project outputs (e.g., roundtables, policy brief, youth safety guide, dissemination efforts).

  • Design and implement light data collection tools (e.g., surveys, interview guides, focus groups).

  • Conduct or support interviews/focus groups with youth and stakeholders.

  • Track key indicators such as stakeholder engagement, reach, and uptake of outputs.

  • Synthesize findings into clear insights for internal learning and donor reporting

Collaboration

  • Work closely with policy, program, and safeguarding teams to align research and evaluation with project goals

  • Integrate perspectives from youth, clinicians, and policy stakeholders into actionable insights

Qualifications

  • Experience in research, policy analysis, or evaluation (health, AI, digital technology, or youth-focused work preferred).

  • Strong ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, accessible insights.

  • Experience designing or supporting data collection methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, focus groups).

  • Familiarity with youth engagement, chronic illness, mental health, or vulnerable populations.

  • Excellent writing and analytical skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with AI, digital health, or online safety topics.

  • Familiarity with U.S. regulatory or policy environments (e.g., FDA, FTC).

  • Experience working with young people and/or communities
