This Pride Month, we are excited to host a special peer support gathering for LGBTQ+ young adults living with chronic and rare conditions.

LGBTQ+ young adults often face compounded challenges in healthcare, including discrimination, dismissal, barriers to affirming care, and higher rates of social isolation. These experiences that can become even more difficult when combined with chronic illness or disability.

This gathering is an opportunity to connect with others who understand those intersecting experiences, build community, and celebrate Pride together in an affirming and supportive space.
